Flip Flop Puzzle

The purpose of this puzzle is to turn on all the yellow lights.

Clicking on a light will flip flop that light, and the lights to the north, east, south and west. In this plus (+) pattern, the lights that where green will be turned yellow. The lights that where yellow will be turned green.

I'm pretty certain some people managed to find ways to cheat at this game. I'm no pro at this, but I can usually solve them in under 30 moves. There are always people who have it in 2 moves on every single puzzle. I call bullshit on that.
