The purpose of this puzzle is to turn of all the blue lights leaving only yellow lights on the board.

Clicking on a light will flip flop that light, and the lights to the north, east, south and west. In this plus (+) pattern, the lights that where blue will be turned yellow. The lights that where yellow will be turned blue.
